Freshly modernized Sand Castle offers a commanding view of the Atlantic Ocean. A completely new kitchen, added additional room, new golf carts and ideal for events of up to ten. With an estimated 3,000 square feet and a one min. drive to the beach it is in the ideal location. The Bald Head Island Club is accessible with a purchase of a temporary membership. Guests will appreciate griling, hanging out on the screend porch, warming up by the fireplace on cooler nights (wood burning) and simple access to island amenities.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation property up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
  • Owners sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance.
