Decorated with a coastal feel, this enchanting home is ready to welcome you and your family! You will adore the expansive ocean vistas from wall of windows in the living room! Filled with comfortable furnishings, this cozy home offers two separate living spaces, and the ideal kids's area on the ground level. The roomy open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen area is huge enough for the family to gather together for family meals or family game nighttime, all while making sweet memories. *Please note that the fireplace is not for guest usage* The kitchen is well-equipped with everything that you would need for cooking homecooked meals, with bar seating for 5.

Accommodating up to 16 guests, Bedroom #1 is located on the 1st level, offering a Queen bed, ceiling fan, street view, and shares a full bath with the laundry room (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #2 is located on the 1st level, offering a King bed, ceiling fan, ocean vistas, and a full private bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #3 is located on the 2nd level, offering a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, balcony access with ocean vistas, and shares the full hall bath (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #4 is located on the 2nd level, offering a Full bed and a Twin bed, ceiling fan, balcony access, and has a full private bath (shower only). Bedroom #5 is located on the ground level, offering a Twin/Twin bunk bed, and a single Twin bed, sharing the full hall bath with shower only. Bedroom #6 is located on the ground level, offering 2 Twin beds, sharing the full hall bath with shower only. Bedroom #7 is located on the ground level, offering a Twin/Twin bunk bed, and a single Twin bed, sharing the full hall bath with shower only. Also located on the ground level, you will appreciate a separate living space including a living room with a couch, chair and TV and the kitchenette includes a mini-refrigerator and microwave. You will appreciate the kids's area located on the ground level. There is a separate outdoor entrance to the ground level, with no interconnecting stairway inside.

Your private beach walkway quickly brings you to the pristine sandy shores of Holden Beach. You will appreciate the constructed-in seating for calming on the walkway, while you can rinse the sand from your feet using the boardwalk foot rinse shower. After your day on the beach, wash away the sea and sand in the enclosed outdoor shower, complete with hot & cold water.
