WELCOME TO ZEN

Zen was thoughtfully designed for enormous groups seeking a luxury coastal experience. Whether you’re planning a family reunion, corporate getaway, wedding weekend, fishing trip, or beach vacation with friends, this expansive oceanfront sanctuary offers the ideal blend of gathering space and privacy.

The home features multiple living areas, two full kitchens (double appliances in main kitchen except microwave), roomy dining and lounge spaces, twelve private bedroom suites all with en suite bathrooms & intelligent TVs + a game room/loft. A two-story gathering room showcases enchanting ocean vistas, while expansive porches and outdoor living spaces invite guests to appreciate the coastal breeze.

Inside, you will find comfortable bedrooms with fresh linens (at no additional cost). Savor a worry complimentary check-in experience: beds are made upon your arrival. The well supplied kitchen accepts guests to prepare meals at home and opens into shared dining and living spaces ideal for spending time together.

Outside, savor beach access, a private pool (heating available in cooler months - fee applies), a 6-person hot tub, a full-size beach volleyball court (coming soon!), outdoor shower, covered outdoor gathering areas, a gas grille, and plenty of room to relax after a day on the sand. Every detail was designed to create a resort-style experience for huge groups while maintaining the comfort and convenience of a private home.

The home sits waterfront and includes a private entrance and complimentary parking on the premises.

FAMILY PETS

Dogs are allowed with prior approval only. A max. of two (2) dogs is allowed. A non-returnable pet fee of $100 per dog, per day must be paid in full prior to check-in. Dog food/water bowls available for your use.

EVENTS

Events are allowed by prior approval only and require a non-returnable event fee starting at $3,000 (subject to change). All event details must be disclosed and approved before booking. Any undisclosed events will result in a minimum charge of $1,000 in addition to remediation costs and may constitute grounds for expedited eviction.


FISHING & MORE

But wait, there's more! Our property offers the convenience of both the ocean and the sound, including close by fishing access. The Point on Oak Island is the ideal place to watch boats, jet skis, paddle boards, and kayaks pass by.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home and all on-site amenities during their stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, elevator, laundry areas, pool, volleyball court, outdoor gathering spaces, and direct beach access.

Ample on-site parking is available for guests. Any locked owner closets, maintenance areas, or equipment storage spaces are not accessible during your stay.

Other things to note:

Dogs are allowed with prior approval and applicable costs.

Events are allowed only with advance approval and an additional event fee. All event details must be disclosed before booking.

Pool is available year-round. Pool can be heated upon request (fee applies).

Weekly units with Saturday check-in/out are required in the peak summer season.

Check-in and check-out times are stringently enforced to allow adequate time for cleaning and preparation between guests.

The bunk beds are intended for kids.

There is a path directly from the back of the pool that leads to a public beach access area (The Point - West Beach Drive). This path may not be comfortably accessible for guests with mobility issues. In this case, we recommend a fast 1 min. drive to the public beach access parking area.

We HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment against all of life's unknown events that could affect your reservation with us.

For safety and security, the property is equipped with (2) exterior security cameras monitoring the main guest entry areas only. There are no cameras inside the home.
