Mermaid Manor has just undergone a major refresh - new paint, beds, furnishings, etc. Boasting five enormous bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan and their own full bathroom, a entirely supplied kitchen and open concept with kitchen, dining room and living room (equipped with a humongous intelligent TV and cable) where everybody can be together and sizable decks to take in that sea breeze! Stash all your beach gear in the ground level outdoor storage closet. Heavy duty beach wagon, body boards, beach chairs, huge cooler with wheel, beach mats and more are supplied! Appreciate BBQ-ing on the community grilles and if you want a change from the beach, cool off in the cavernous community pool! Please note, community pools will be open pending beginning of season inspections but cannot guarantee a specific date.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Family Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Pool is maintained by the HOA and not Brunswick Vacation Units. We do not have any control over when the pool opens seasonally, or if it closes for any reason. We do NOT give refunds if the pool is closed by the HOA for any reason.

*Please note this condo is constructed on stilts and you have to walk stairs to access the main floor (there is no elevator)*

In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole home linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are included in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be supplied per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $250 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

​​​​​​​We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
