Beautiful ocean and sunset vistas from the cavernous living area and porches. A fast walk to the beach ramp and you are on a private peaceful beach! Quick drive over to the park, pickleball/tennis courts, basketball, bicycle rental, coffee shop and slushie/ice cream as well as the island's 3 eateries.

Chef-style kitchen with upgraded appliances, oven with air fryer and Keurig with pod/carafe. Full size Speed Queen washer and dryer. King bedroom with huge shower, queen bedroom and 2 bunk room each with private bathrooms. Separate WFH and kid play areas. Intelligent TV with streaming apps. Linens/towels included. Accessibility: Chair lift up the back stairs, van parking, ADA shower/chair; wide doors. Also beach wheelchairs/walkers available to reserve. There is no elevator for heavy electric wheelchairs.
