Oceanfront two bedroom condo located on the ninth floor, and has a ocean view.

The photos will show the owner's personal touches in making a comfortable and calming beach get away.

There is a full kitchen and all necessary cookware and dishes. The condo can sleep four people. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom number one and a TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a TV. Master bath has a walk in shower and second bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

The condo has charming and private WiFi and the cable service has a full package of entertainment options.

Full housekeeping and maid service is supplied in your rental price. When departing it is requested that the dishwasher be loaded and the garbage removed to the onsite dumpster.

  • Double-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at check-out. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
