Experience breathtaking panoramic views from every level of this luxurious beach front house, Tranquility Deluxe.This 9 bedroom/8 bath seaside retreat is the perfect place to relax and return to that restful state you've been missing all year.

The 1st Level consists of the Family Room, Dining and Kitchen areas and are filled with all the amenities one could possibly want including hardwood floors. All the cookware, dishes and utensils you could wish for, the kitchen is so well-appointed that you might actually be tempted to cook a big meal for the gang. --no? Well that's alright; there are excellent cafes in the area. The master suite affords a king(br1) bed, luxury master bathroom with whirlpool tub, shower and deck access with sweeping ocean views with TV. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms features king(br2&3) beds both with street side balconies which share a bathroom with a tub and shower combo each with a TV. There is a main bath on this level as well with a shower.

 The 2nd Level consists of the Family Room with comfortable seating on a brand new large Sectional Sofa that doubles as a Sleeper for a couple of little one, and a 60" Flat Screen TV. Cooking in this impresive kitchen while still enjoying the picturesque views is certainly no chore for the cook in your family. This space lead to an Ocean front bedroom suite is ideally located on this floor, furnished with a King(br4) bed, also enjoys private access to the deck outside as well as an En Suite. The remaining 2 street side bedrooms on this floor share access to a full bath which includes a King(br5), and the other bedroom with a Twin over Queen bunk(br6). 

3rd Level consists of 3 additional bedrooms. The top floor master on this floor is a true Master Retreat with a King-Sized(br7) bed, 48" Flat Screen, En Suite with a Jetted Tub, and last but not least access to the oceanfront deck with endless views. The 2nd Oceanfront Bedroom on this floor includes a King-Sized(br8) bed with En Suite and access to the oceanfront deck. The street side bedroom also has a king(br9) and a private En Suite. 

The comfort doesn’t stop on the inside either, Tranquility Penthouse offers access to an oceanfront sparkling swimming pool which is carefully secured for your little ones, this beautiful outside space is also equipped with a gas grill for cook-outs.

Although the best features would have to be the covered and uncovered furnished decks off the 4 oceanfront master bedrooms and the living room spaces with endlessly, fabulous views. The bedrooms and bedroom suites are everything you need to make this house your perfect peaceful getaway. An elevator makes all levels accessible and convenient.

A private pool and yard with grilling area surrounded by purposefully designed landscaping to secure as much privacy for the guests of Tranquility Deluxe as possible while maintaining the integrity of the surroundings! If smaller pieces of ‘tranquility’ is what you need. The top two levels(2nd & 3rd)can be rented as "Tranquility Penthouse" or you may rent the 1st level as "Tranquility".  All TV's equipped with Spectrum Select Cable TV

Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances: 

Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm. Tranquility Deluxe sleeps up to 24 with a maximum of 18 Adults. Non-Smoking..Sunday to Sunday during summer.. Washer/Dryer ...Security deposit applies...Pillows & Comforters included... Sheets, Pillow Cases, Towels, Paper, Plastic & Soap Products not provided. Parking for 5- 6 cars...FirePlace is Inoperable ... Dog friendly with payment of a non- refundable charge, subject to restrictions. Elevator service is reliable but not guaranteed, departure cleaning is included.
