Welcome to Islander Villas, Unit B at 160 Via Old Sound Boulevard. This roomy first-floor condo offering gorgeous ocean and lagoon vistas. Located lagoon-front and directly across the street from beach access (see photo), this well-appointed unit features four bedrooms and four bathrooms all on one level, making it a comfortable and convenient choice for your next beach hideaway. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and a private bath with a tub-shower combo and ROKU TV. The second bedroom has two full-size beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, accessible from both the bedroom and hallway and has ROKU TV. The third and fourth bedrooms each have a queen bed and private baths—one with a tub-shower and the other with a walk-in shower. The entirely equipped kitchen makes mealtime a breeze, and the dining table seats six, with four additional stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Guests savor access to the oceanfront community pool at the Islander Resort, as well as use of the Islander Villas tennis and pickleball courts. Other amenities include an elevator, outdoor shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and regular coffeemaker, ceiling fans, blender, iron and ironing board, and secure Wi-Fi. For entertainment, the condo features a Intelligent TV in the living area and Roku TVs in two bedrooms—just log in with your own streaming accounts.

Designated Golf Cart charging outlets are located on the pilings between parking spaces B and D. Golf Carts must be charged using a single cable made for the golf cart and not a drop cord per OIB Fire Department.

BOATS, RVs or TRAILERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

NO ELECTRICAL VEHICLE CHARGING IS PERMITTED AT ANY TIME.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are supplied for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the max. occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not included. The linen package is supplied with every reservation and is not optional.*
