A full dining area leads into the enormous living room with bright and beachy décor. Plenty of space to gather for a movie after a long day at the beach! Just off the living area you’ll savor the sizable porch, ideal for taking in calming sunset vistas.

The handsome master bedroom has its own private porch overlooking Little Lollipop Bay. Complete with a huge private bathroom you’ll have your own personal getaway. The second bedroom with a queen bed, and the third bedroom with two twin beds share an additional bathroom just down the hall. All throughout this condo you’ll encounter striking features and touches of classic beach style. It will be sure to provide the ultimate beach vacation you’ve been searching for!

Appreciate the gated beach path providing direct and simple access to our impressive white sand beach and the crystal-clear blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The resort pool is available by Memorial Weekend and closes by October 1st. (The pool may open as early as May 15th and close as early as Labor Day.)

Parking instructions:
2 parking passes included. 1 assigned spot and 1 overflow spot. No additional parking passes can be supplied due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars must park in paid public parking.

Community washer and dryers are located on floors 2-10 and are available on a first come first serve basis.

**Renovations for the deck railings are underway until Memorial Day. Construction noise will be taking place Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Please note NO REFUNDS will be issued. We apologize for any inconvenience and noise this may cause during your stay and enjoy your understanding.**

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.

• June, July, and August are high season in Wrightsville Beach. To get the best value, consider shifting your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer excellent temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? • The earlier you can book, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are booked early. Reserving your vacation home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
• Some hosts offer special rates for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
• Property managers typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.

• Lock your rental property while you're gone! Don't let crooks ruin your holiday.
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the property to make sure you've collected everything. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to drive more reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review.
