Walk down the boardwalk toward the beach and discover 3 Mermaids. You will fall in adore with the wide-open space overlooking the beach bringing a serene and peaceful setting for dolphin (and Mermaid) watching, and exceptional sunsets. A reverse floor plan takes advantage of the expansive ocean vistas and accepts the sunlight to stream in. The kitchen and breakfast bar, with full amenities, will set the scene for the prepare in your family to serve up memorable meals. The dining room seats 8 and is ideal for sizable family enjoyment. Entertaining is painless with the open living room concept accepting everybody to be a part of the fun. All this leads to the huge private screened porch to take in the sun and serenity of this ideal island location.

The first floor features a opulent master bedroom with king bed and newer tiled bathroom. The open roomy porch off the master bedroom offers broad oceanfront vistas usually found in multimillion dollar homes—and there’s ample room for reading, calming, drink hours or just gazing at the rolling surf. This just may become your secret getaway for early morning coffee and sunset toasts to the day adored.

The second bedroom on this level features one queen bed, two twin beds, a trundle bed, and another private bath.

You will find everybody bargaining to stay in the third-floor guest suite which exudes tons and tons of appeal offering plenty of privacy, ideal for extended families and guests. or to make your teenagers feel very special.
