Come inside and enjoy our chefs' kitchen if you enjoy cooking or have our executive chef prepare a romantic meal for two or dinner for the entire family. Here we have all the amenities of a luxury hotel including a exercise room with a Peloton, even an office space for when you must answer that import e-mail or take a conference call. All of our bedrooms enjoy plush memory foam Tempur-Pedic bed and pillows with Egyptian cotton linens and flatscreen TV's. There is a media/game room including a Bose surround sound system for family movie nights, a PS5, Xbox and Billard Table. Bring your music outdoors with our wireless sound system, just bring your Bluetooth compatible device or use ours. Need the volume changes, lights turned on or drapery closed? Just ask Alexa, the entire home is automated. Bath and beach towels are supplied as well as beach chairs, coolers, toys for the little ones to use on the sand and a Shabumi sun-shade for a cool place to relax while at the beach. If you are sunbathing by the pool or your toes are in the sand, there is an outdoor shower to rinse off. Need a massage? We have a licensed masseuse or masseur ready to relieve your tension. Single or couple's massage insade or out.
Cruise the island in style in our GEM car, the Mercedes of golf carts and enjoy the fresh air (21 and over with valid driver's license only) it is electric so remember to plug in the charger after every use. The property is huge enough to sleep 15, but cozy enough for two.
The property is cleaned and disinfected to current covid-19 guidelines, all towels and linens are washed in hot water at least 140F. Come relax your worries away. You will have all luxury hypoallergenic toiletries supplied. Leave everything home except your garments. The property is well outfitted.

  • Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal NC. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Booking websites often offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
