A charmingly decorated home offering a cavernous, open living, dining and kitchen area, and 2 sizable double deck furnished porches overlooking private pool area. Unwind and savor the best of both worlds by spending your mornings at the beach and the evenings in your own private pool getaway. Spectrum Cable TV with high speed internet, sleeper couch in living room (linens not supplied), every bedroom has a full bath, loft area, entirely equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, master bath has jetted tub, 3 bedrooms up and 1 bedroom on main level, parking under home. When to visit Oak Island & When to reserve a rental home:

• The sooner you can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental property six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
• Summer time is high season in Oak Island. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a discount.
• Property management companies often offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
