The Space:
Step into this enchanting downtown gem, where appeal meets comfort! The inviting front patio sets the tone for relaxation, while the traditional shotgun bungalow layout adds a touch of classic charm. At the front, the cozy living room flows seamlessly into a modern kitchen with a chic eat-in dining area. You'll find two welcoming bedrooms along the right side, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The cavernous, refreshed bathroom provides ample room for everybody, and the convenient laundry area leads to a striking back deck overlooking a private backyard getaway.

*** Please be advised of the following about our property ***

- There is no water connection to the refrigerator; therefore, the water filter in the refrigerator is not working.
- The dryer can not be moved from its current position. By doing so, it won't function properly.
- The walls in the bathroom and corridor tend to sweat when there's high humidity. The "marks" on the walls will go away once the humidity is low and by wiping them with a soft cleaner.
