Sea Grit is a cavernous 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom Ocean Isle Beach getaway for up to 14 guests. With public and private beach access points just across the street, getting everybody from the home to the sand is refreshingly simple.

Back at Sea Grit, spend the afternoon around the private pool with loungers, umbrellas, seating, and a tiki bar with TV and barstools. A convenient ground-level restroom means pool-goers don't have to head through the home every time nature calls.

Inside and out, there's plenty to keep the group entertained. The through-garage can open toward the driveway, pool area, or both, creating a fun extension of the outdoor space with ping pong, Pop-A-Shot basketball, mini skee-ball, and pool toys. Upstairs, the mid-level den adds foosball, a TV, Queen sleeper couch, wet bar, and even an ocean-view workspace.

LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT

The main living area is located on the top floor, with plenty of room for the group to gather after a day at the beach.

The mid-level den offers another hangout space with a Queen sleeper couch, TV, foosball table, wet bar with wine refrigerator, and a desk and chair overlooking the ocean.

On the ground level, the through-garage creates another entertainment area with ping pong, Pop-A-Shot basketball, and mini skee-ball. Open it toward the pool for an painless indoor/outdoor setup while the kids play and the rest of the group relaxes close by.

KITCHEN & DINING

Sea Grit's top-level chef-inspired kitchen features upgraded appliances, two dishwashers, a full-size refrigerator, and a roomy island with seating.

A separate dining table provides additional room for meals together, while the broad ocean-facing top deck features an outdoor dining table and chairs.

You'll also have a second full-size refrigerator on the ground level for convenient access from the pool and a wine refrigerator at the mid-level wet bar.

PRIVATE POOL & OUTDOOR LIVING

The private pool receives a combination of sun and shade throughout the day and is surrounded by loungers, umbrellas, and additional seating.

The tiki bar adds a TV and barstools to the poolside setup, while a close by ground-level restroom makes long pool days even easier.

An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after the beach, and a gas grille is supplied. Propane is not supplied; guests may bring their own tank or arrange propane delivery through available guest services after booking.

Pool heating is optional, requires a 3-nighttime minimum, and is available by request outside of Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please request heating at least 2 weeks prior to check-in and contact the host/property manager prior to booking for additional information.

DECKS & OCEAN VIEWS

Front and rear decks span both the mid and top levels.

The expansive top front deck faces the ocean and includes an outdoor dining area, giving you a impressive setting for meals, morning coffee, or time outside with the group.

All four King bedrooms toward the rear of the home offer direct access to the rear decks.

BEACH ACCESS & BEACH GEAR

Public and private beach access points are located directly across the street and slightly offset from Sea Grit's driveway.

Guests also have access to a separate oceanfront clubhouse roughly 700 feet away with an oceanfront pool, bathrooms, and golf cart parking. This clubhouse and its amenities are not managed by Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Units.

The homeowners maintain beach equipment for guest use, including at least 6 beach chairs, body boards, and sand toys. Additional beach chairs may be available, as the home's beach equipment collection can vary throughout the season. Please check with the host/property manager if you require a specific quantity.

Your cleaning fee includes professional departure cleaning along with the following:

LINENS & TOWELS

Fresh white bed linens with beds made prior to arrival.

One white bath towel and two washcloths are included for each potential guest up to the property's max. occupancy of 14, regardless of the actual number of guests staying.

One hand towel is supplied for each bathroom sink, along with a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Kitchen towels are also supplied.

SMOKE-COMPLIMENTARY & DRUG-COMPLIMENTARY PROPERTY

All Pier 42 properties are smoke-complimentary and drug-complimentary. Smoking, vaping, and recreational drug use are prohibited.

PET POLICY

Family Animals are not allowed unless otherwise authorized at this property. Failure to acquire proper authorization will incur additional costs. This policy should not be interpreted as a guarantee that animals have never been present at the property.

Trained service animals are allowed as required by applicable law. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals and are not allowed unless otherwise required by applicable law or applicable booking platform policy.

POOL HEATING

Optional pool heating is available with a 3-nighttime minimum outside of Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool heating must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to check-in.

Weather and environmental conditions affect pool heating performance, and an exact water temperature cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the host/property manager prior to booking for additional information.

PARKING

Parking is available for up to 5 cars.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid excluding the "admin fee" (if applicable) if you notify Pier 42 Realty & Vacations in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within sixty (60) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 60 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Units. Admin costs are non-returnable.
