Riverview Penthouse is ideal for a solo traveler or a couple on a charming hideaway because it's peaceful and calming on the 8th floor. However, you're just steps away from eateries, bars, shopping, entertainment, and the downtown Riverwalk.
Do not parking on the deck behind the building, you will get towed.
Parking Downtown is limited there is a parking deck close by. We have a pass you can purchase for a daily rate and come and go as you please. Contact us if you would like the parking pass.

The bathroom is clean with fluffy towels, nice individual soaps, a steaming shower head with nice water pressure, and a cloth shower curtain that is frequently laundered.
