The space is well-suited for infants and kids aged seven and older, and a Pack ’n Play is supplied for your convenience.

Assumption of Risk: Guest understands that using the balcony and rooftop deck involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falling, slipping, and other potential hazards. Guest accepts full responsibility for their safety and the safety of all members of their event.

Release of Liability: Guest agrees that the property owner, co-hosts, and management team are not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur during the stay, whether inside the unit, on the balcony, or on the rooftop deck.

Supervision and Responsibility: Guest is responsible for ensuring that all individuals, including kids and visitors, exercise caution and follow all safety guidelines. Kids and intoxicated individuals must not be left unattended on the balcony or rooftop deck.

Prohibited Activities:
- No climbing, sitting, or leaning over balcony or rooftop railings.
- No excessive weight or roughhousing in these areas.
- No unauthorized modifications, decorations, or objects hanging over railings.
