Shalom Y'all! This oceanfront home has a cavernous, open floor plan with an elevator. Handsomely furnished with five bedrooms (3K, 1Q, 5T), four and 1/2 baths, a freshly refreshed, over-the-top kitchen with a gourmet wolf stove, pantry, enormous dining area, and wet bar. Handsome oceanside wall of sliding glass doors and LVP floor throughout. This home is the ideal sunspot to share with family and friends! The oceanside-covered porch upstairs is astounding for calming while the huge partially covered deck downstairs has an additional-sizable hot tub that lets you appreciate sun or shade! After a day of sun, sand, and saltwater, wash it all away in the enclosed outside shower.

The home provides a 3-floor, residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and suitcases up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules. An EV charger is located in the far-right carport area.

In order to properly prepare your home, early check-ins/late check-outs are not available, so plan to check in at 4:00 PM so as not to miss a min. of surf and sand! Two grilles are included, one gas and one charcoal. Your heaven awaits!

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with intelligent doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras when unoccupied. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.

When to reserve a Carolina Beach rental & When to go:

  • In the Carolina Beach area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental home up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Holden Beach. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.
