A media room and an office. Access to one or both clubs (additional purchase required). There are four bedrooms: one king, two queens and one bunk bedroom with two bunk beds. There are four and a half bathrooms (one is a Jack and Jill) and an outdoor shower. One queen with en suite is on the first floor and the other three bedrooms are upstairs.

For guest safety and property protection, cameras may be in place. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property. Guest privacy is paramount, cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to protect the property.
