The nearest beach access is a short 3-4 min. walk, while the hilltop ocean view pool is no more than a 5 min. jaunt. The public Oak Island Golf Club course winds through the neighborhood and is home to Duffer's Pub & Grille for your dining convenience. Take a short drive (less than 1 mile) to both the iconic Oak Island Lighthouse and the vibrant downtown area.

Simply step out of the condo and walk around the back of the building to access this area. After a day of sun and sand, return here to drop off the beach gear and refresh yourself at the outdoor shower.

Guest access
Parking is a breeze with a reserved covered parking spot, as well as plenty of space in the adjacent private parking lot. To reach your private sanctuary on the first floor, there is just one set of outdoor stairs (16 steps with a landing in the middle). Say goodbye to stairs inside, as all interior living areas and the expansive covered deck are seamlessly accessible on the same level. Entire condo can be accessed with exception of locked owner’s closet and fully enclosed garage.

• Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

• Booking websites usually offer customers an option to add trip insurance. • Keep the property locked while you're away! Don't let thieves ruin your trip.
• Re-check the property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
