Easily access the soft OKI sand through the community walkway to beach, seasonal community pool, swing set, covered picnic area with park grilles. The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
