Quaint Cottage on the Davis Canal, on the peaceful western end of Oak Island, 1 block from the beach. Handsome vistas of the marsh and canal! 2 BRs / 2 Baths (both with showers, no tubs) Full Kitchen with dishwasher and cookware. Wifi and Intelligent TV (no cable service, but you can savor Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu!)

Great dock with constructed-in seating - fish, crab, launch your kayak, or admire the sunrises and sunsets. Note: floating dock during low tide sits on the bottom - which is more suitable for kayaks. Public boat ramp and the new Lonerider restaurant are one block away!

• Summer months are the most expensive season in the Carolina Beach area. Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties.
• Some property managers offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Property management companies frequently offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses.
