19 Lighthouse Landing is your home away from home! New construction and modern amenities in this jewel! Everything is brand new and has been upgraded! Nothing has been overlooked, we have pottery barn furnishings, quartz countertops in the kitchen and polywood furnishings on the back deck.
We are steps away from the Bald Head Island creek for you to appreciate kayaking (which we provide 2 for your enjoyment!), paddle boarding, fishing and crabbing. Our location is just ideal! We know the island and what our renters like. We have a well supplied kitchen, plenty of furnishings for family gatherings, games for the kids, one four passenger & one six passenger golf carts and plenty of beach gear. We also have privileges to the Shoals Club that is available for separate purchase if the 14 miles of BHI beaches are just not enough. We have a great floor plan with the living, dining and kitchen on the first floor. A few steps up is a half bath, laundry area and a sizable master suite. The top floor has 3 more bedrooms containing 2 queens, and one room with a full size day bed with a twin trundle. You are 250FT away from the docks! We hope you savor our home as much as we do!

• In the Carolina Beach area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
• Summer time is high season in Bald Head Island. Booking your vacation home in Fall or Spring is an excellent way to save on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
