Wonderful home located on the marsh with fantastic vistas of wildlife and acres of marshland viewable from the living room or deck. Excellent vistas of Bald Head Creek all the way to Cape Fear River. Appreciate kayaking, canoeing, fishing, and crabbing with the kids right off the private neighborhood dock connected to the home by a boardwalk. The home features an refreshed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, wine refrigerator and granite counter tops. New en suite bathroom for 2015! New expanded deck (2016) facing the marsh with wrought iron table, 6 chairs and umbrella. New wood floor installed throughout the home in 2018.
A tandem kayak and 2 individual kayaks are available to kayak on the marsh directly behind the home.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To find the best value, try changing your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer great weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation!
