This completely refreshed 3 bedroom / golf course view condo located in the Royal James Community is really a rare find on BHI. This home has it all and nothing has been over looked! The kitchen is well outfitted and the entire home is professionally decorated to the notch. Savor your morning coffee on our back deck over looking the award winning golf course. Royal James also has a community pool, which is ideal and convenient. We are centrally located on the island with the beach less than a min. golf cart ride (6 passenger golf cart) and the BHI Club the same. We have access to the BHI Club, which may be purchased separately. This includes dining at Horizons, fine dining at the club, pool privileges, work out facility, tennis, croquet and golf! About the Area

Located in Bald Head Island, this condo is near the beach. Smith Island Museum of History and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Kent Mitchell Nature Trail and The Clubs at St. James. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Bald Head Island Information Center are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to book & When to go:

• To get the best rental home for your budget, we recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Carolina Beach attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
