This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home was completely remodeled in 2018 and is charmingly decorated. The ocean and sunset vistas are one of a kind! Appreciate the breezes on the two screen porches or soak up the sunshine on the open deck. The open floor plan is ideal for family gatherings or couples looking for a hideaway. The kitchen is well appointed with a Keurig coffee maker and features a sizable granite island with bar seating. The furnishings is modern and selected for comfort. Each bedroom is outfitted with comfortable beds, TVs and oscillating wall fans. This home features two master suites upstairs both having king size beds. Downstairs there is a bunk room that includes two twins and two double beds. There is also a king bedroom downstairs which shares a full bath with the bunk room. The home is pet friendly and your four-legged family members are welcome! We have a bespoke, constructed-in dog kennel, a travel crate and an outdoor dog washing station. We have 2 golf carts (4 passenger & 6 passenger), 2 bicycles, charcoal grille and plenty of beach gear. Nothing has been overlooked and we know you will be pleased in this home. A permanent UV air purifier has been installed in the home to help stop the spread of germs, viruses and odors.

How to get the best rental home value:

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer time is high season in the Carolina Beach area. To get the largest vacation home within your budget, we recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Carolina Beach attractions and restaurants.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers typically offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
  • Look for your local Carolina Beach visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local articles, travel guide magazines have coupons for local accommodations and attractions.

More tips for your visit:

  • Review arrival and departure procedures before leaving home. Add a note with the directions to your smartphone, and take a printed backup.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, intercom or thermostat. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent lots of problems.
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Note any damages to the property upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be valuable if a dispute arises.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually an excellent resource to find the best local spots.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Re-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed all belongings at departure. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a fantastic stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
