Just one home away from the public beach access at 23rd Place West, you are sure to have a positive "Change in Attitude" during your visit to Oak Island!

This home offers plenty of outdoor living space with both a screened porch and open deck so you can feel the summer breeze without worrying about pests or work on your tan without even leaving the home! Under the home you will find plenty of outdoor seating including a picnic table ideal for a fast snack in between trips to the beach!

The home welcomes you into an open floor plan beginning with the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen features white cabinets and countertops to go along with an aqua accent throughout the home. Not to mention the extraordinary vistas!!

The dining area connects to the kitchen and offers four chairs and a bench seat at the table while an additional three stool surround the bar.

The living room provides a pair of plush couches placed around a flat screen TV and vistas of ocean through the windows.

The front left bedroom is finished with a pair of twin beds, closet space and a mounted intelligent TV.
