Recent renovations supplied stainless steel kitchen appliances, bamboo floor in living area and bedrooms. It has a fenced dog run and gated deck. And just a few mins. walk to Ocean Crest Pier and Island Way restaurant. This second row home offers WIFI, 4 TV's, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, breakfast bar, front side sundeck with polywood chairs, ground level half bathroom, picnic table, storage room and Hot/Cold enclosed outside shower.
