Club Villas's two-bedroom suites feature two double beds in each bedroom. All bedrooms come with their own roomy bathroom attached. The Villa offers a living room with a separate dining area, a completely equipped kitchen (including a range, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher), washer/dryer, plus a screened porch overlooking the resort's natural surroundings and Maples #10 hole. All guests must sign an Affordable Substantial Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Grand Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Giant Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is returnable minus cancellation costs

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation costs still apply

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved early. Booking your rental up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
