Tile and wood laminate floors throughout with carpeting in bedrooms. Half mile to direct public beach access with shower available. Common unit storage for bicycles (3 min. bicycle ride to beach access) or beach gear. Laundry supplied in unit. First floor unit with outdoor patio space available for hanging out or grilling.

Located near the beach, this apartment is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Smith Island Museum of History and Franklin Square Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation.
