Exterior amenities include an outside shower, screen porch with rockers, roof deck & covered porch. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. ***2 NIGHT MIN at $150 per nighttime*** Nightly units require a departure maid service.
