Adams Cottage, a privately owned roomy ocean front home with a lower level efficiency apartment. The apartment has a separate entrance, living area, bathroom, modest kitchen that includes a modest refrigerator, microwave & sink. (Does not have a stove) Interior amenities include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 3 color cable TVs ( 2 upstairs & 1 downstairs), wireless internet & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower & covered porch. LINENS PROVIDED FOR 2023 (WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY). HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING. ***NON Smoking and NO FAMILY PETS ACCEPTED***
