The open floor plan takes advantage of the ocean vistas and accepts for an painless flow of occupants. The dining room table accommodates eight chairs with three stools at bar. The porches are equipped with ample beach chairs for watching the waves and stargazing. It is ideal for families. The primary bedroom is on the first floor along with a guest bedroom. The second floor offers another guest bedroom and a room ideal for kids as well as a shared hall full bath with a shower/tub combination. There is a separate wine chiller and mini refrigerator offered in the kitchen. Enormous open areas and spaces for fun and gatherings abound within this pretty home. Check-in and out days in summer season is Saturday-Saturday. Ferry reservations should be made to coincide with the assigned check-in/out times which are 5:30pm property check-in and 11:00am property check-out. Ferry reservations should be made no earlier than 5:00pm. for arrivals and no later than 11:30am for departures. There are no accommodations made for early check-in or late arrivals.
