Steps away from the ocean! Unwind into island time in this bright, one bed, 1.5 bath condo with sleeper couch (living room) and private patio. When you’re not soaking up rays on the beach, appreciate a short walk north to the pier and Freeman Park or travel 1.5 miles south to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, named “one of the most impressive boardwalks in America,” by Budget Travel. This is the ideal spot to relax and relax from your daily hassles!
The comfortable living room of this unit is open to the kitchen, making the space feel bigger than it is. The kitchen is outfitted with the essentials you'd need to savor a home cooked meal during your stay, and there is seating for up to 4 people at the barstools by the peninsula. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there is a sleeper couch in the living room for additional guests. Start your morning off on the covered balcony to enjoy the fresh, sea air! Please note - this unit is on the second floor of the building and stairs are required to access the property.

Guests will have access to the entire condo, balcony space, and community pool. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but otherwise you'll be able to use everything in the condo.

You'll be able to park up to 2 cars in the parking lot of the building. There is no designated spot, it is first come first served.

Good to Know Before Your Stay:

Verification & Rental Agreement
To help ensure a safe and secure experience for everybody, we use SafeGuest for identity verification and rental agreement review. After your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a link with simple instructions to complete this process prior to arrival.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. These times allow our cleaning team the opportunity to thoroughly prepare the home for each guest.
During our busy summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), we are generally unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs from Friday through Sunday due to tight turnover schedules. During the week, we are happy to check availability within 24 hours of arrival or departure. When accommodations are possible, a fee of $25 per hour applies for early arrivals or late departures.

A Note About Coastal Wildlife
One of the joys of the coast is being surrounded by nature. Our area is home to a variety of local insects, including spiders, ants, and palmetto bugs, particularly during warmer months. The home receives regularly scheduled professional pest control treatments, but occasional sightings can still occur despite our best efforts. If you encounter any concerns during your stay, please let us know and we'll gladly arrange additional treatment if needed. Seeing native insects will not be grounds for a cancellation or refund.

Television & Streaming
While this property does not offer cable service, intelligent TVs or Rokus are available for you to access your favorite streaming platforms using your personal accounts. Please remember to log out before departure, or remotely through your streaming service if needed.

Cleanliness
Our housekeeping team takes great pride in preparing the home for every guest, however everybody is human. If anything doesn't meet your expectations upon arrival, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly and help ensure you have a cozy stay.

Respect for Our Neighborhood
This home is located in a residential community, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am each day. Parties and events are not allowed in accordance with Airbnb policies. Excessive noise or unauthorized gatherings may result in the reservation being terminated without refund.

Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment from unexpected events. Reservations and cancellations are handled according to the cancellation policy selected at booking, and we are unable to modify reservation dates within 30 days of arrival.

Pool Information
The pool is typically open from early May through late September. Management reserves the right to adjust these dates based on weather, safety inspections, or maintenance needs. As with all outdoor pools, occasional leaves or debris may accumulate between routine cleanings, particularly after coastal storms.
