The resort pool is available by Memorial Weekend and closes by October 1st. (The pool may open as early as May 15th and close as early as Labor Day.)

Community washer and dryers are located on floors 2-10 and are available on a first come first serve basis.

Parking instructions:
2 parking passes supplied. 1 assigned spot and 1 overflow spot. No additional parking passes can be supplied due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars must park in paid public parking.

**Renovations for the deck railings are underway until Memorial Day. Construction noise will be taking place Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Please note NO REFUNDS will be issued. We apologize for any inconvenience and noise this may cause during your stay and enjoy your understanding.**

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.

  • Summer time is high season in Wrightsville Beach. To find the most suitable vacation home within budget, we recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies typically offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all of your things. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your group have a excellent time? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
