Located among the many attractions of downtown and within an simple drive to the beaches, this historic yet modern home makes for the ideal spot to savor everything Wilmington has to offer. And if you just want to escape and relax, you have private access to the gorgeous pool getaway right outside your back door. (The pool is not heated and generally too cold to be in from late September through mid-May, but the pool remains open and the pool area can be appreciated year round.)

The historic but completely modernized home includes a comfortable living room, a dining room that seats eight, a well-equipped kitchen, and a enormous back deck. The two bedrooms each have their own en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Additional sleeping is available on the fold-out couch in the living room. The front porch, deck, courtyard, and private pool areas offer great outdoor space for appreciating coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening, as well as a great place to soak up the sun or lounge in the shade!

All of historic downtown Wilmington is an painless walk from the home. There is off-street parking for two cars. All linens and towels are included, including pool and beach towels.

This home is not only in a prime location to appreciate Wilmington, but has everything you need to make for a calming hideaway!

Because of the outdoor space, guests often want to invite others over to join them. Modest gatherings are allowed, but we ask that you inform us first if anyone not staying at the home is coming over. The home is in a residential neighborhood and we ask that our guests be courteous of our neighbors. Therefore, we don’t allow groups of more than 12 and ask hosts to monitor noise levels, particularly after 9:00pm.
