When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Grand Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Giant Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Extensive Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.



All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation costs still apply

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Carolina Beach restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Property managers usually offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. • Go through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent ratings to stimulate more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
