You will appreciate the new outdoor shower with hot and cold water just under the outside staircase to rinse off along with a second more private shower option underneath in the laundry area which is equipped with two sets of washer and dryers. We provide our guests beach equipment including, chairs, umbrellas, a sturdy beach cart, and body boards! Our guests belongings have plenty of space to be safely locked in the basment floor at nighttime. When not at the beach, take a break and relax in the garden swing or grille out in the fenced-in backyard. Each floor has TWO designated parking spaces. There is ample off-street parking is in front of the home if your group has more than two cars. Our property manager lives close by in Hampstead and can respond to your needs in a timely fashion.
