Carolina Place is a historic neighborhood dating back to the early 1900’s and is known for its sense of community and welcoming new neighbors. Savor walks by Burnt Mill Creek in Wallace Park and head across the street to the local Port City Java coffee shop or Burnt Mill Creek neighborhood bar. Wave Transit bus stop is also just steps away. Finest neighborhood in town!

There is a sizable, organic garden with plenty of space to share, along with 2 bountiful fig trees and blackberry vines. Soak up some sun on the patio by your front door or savor the firepit in the cooler months. The studio is stylishly furnished with a new memory foam bed and duvet, completely outfitted kitchen, Apple TV for streaming and plenty of comfortable seating. There is also plenty of room to stretch out on the pilates/yoga mat and ball. Utilities, washer and dryer and wifi are included. No family pets and non smokers only. Shed storage is available for a bicycle and beach gear if needed.
