When to visit & When to book:

  • The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation home 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Carolina Beach area. To book the most suitable vacation home for your budget, we suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance.
