This home includes an open floor plan with plenty of seating for entertaining and appreciating family dinners with a striking ocean view! All the bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the main living level. Covered oceanfront deck with porch chairs and rockers and private walkway to the beach. Other amenities include central heat and air, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, ceiling fans, cable TV, a DVD player, complimentary WiFi, and an enclosed outside shower.

Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance.   • Lock your rental while you're out. Keep your property safe!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave a review! Hosts rely on great ratings to compel new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
