Largest 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1st floor unit (1275sqft) in the complex. Across the street from the Intracoastal Waterway and a short drive to one of the nicest beaches on the east coast (Sunset Beach, NC). Main bedroom has 2 double beds, dresser and a 43" Roku HD TV. The lockout bedroom has 2 double beds, a sizable hottub tub, private bath, dresser, 40" Roku HD TV, modest refrigerator, separate air conditioning unit and has it's own separate entrance. There is a full kitchen (recent updates include 1/2023 new laminate floor, 1/2022 new pantry cabinet in kitchen. 1/2020 granite countertops, new sink, new faucet, tile backsplash & tile floor.) along with a dining table & 6 new chairs (6/21). Living room 60" HD TV, (6/21) new couch, loveseat & recliner. There's two sliding glass doors to the patio. Just off the patio is a community grille & picnic table. The complex has an indoor and outdoor pool with a indoor hot tub & modest workout room. This unit comes completely furnished including bath towels and linens, you only need to bring your beach towels. For your convenience there's Wi-Fi (500Mbps), HD expanded cable service, iron & ironing board and washer & dryer.
Sunset Beach is a peaceful golf and beach community located a short drive from Myrtle Beach. For the golfing enthusiast there are 16 golf courses within 10 mins. of your front door. With every additional mile you'll find many more courses to challenge every level of golfer. There are many waterfront dining options serving the freshest seafood right off the local fishing boats. There's something for the entire family from mega miniature golf courses, entertainment complexes such as Barefoot Landing & Broadway at the Beach. A little further down the strip is Ocean Drive with a boardwalk and amusement park. To the north is Wilmington, NC and the Battleship North Carolina. No Family Animals Accepted. No Smoking in Unit.

• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are high season in Sunset Beach. To get the largest rental within budget, we highly recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Carolina Beach attractions.
• Some hosts and property managers offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Booking websites often offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.
