No need to stop by and grab a key. Go straight to the home to use the digital lock on the front door with a unique code to enter.

The cleaning fee includes towels and linens for your stay; however, you will want to bring your own beach / pool towels. While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

Pool is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. Kids must be supervised in and around the pool at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool.

You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related, no one can be under the age of 25 years old. If your group is unrelated, the average age must not be less than 25 years old.

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family.

• Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected everything. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your group have a fantastic time? Most rental managers make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
