Welcome home to Crane's Landing on the Cape Fear River! Centrally located in Downtown Wilmington, you'll adore the walkability from this property. It has been freshly refreshed with thoughtful touches throughout to make you feel right at home. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo has a king size bed, features amazing vistas of the river and the Battleship North Carolina, and includes a parking spot for one car. It's the ideal homebase to discover all that Wilmington has to offer!

This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo has been newly updated. It's the end unit on the 7th floor of a river front building that has elevator access. The bedroom has a king size bed with comfortable linens as well as a TV. The main living areas are open concept and all feature a charming view of the Cape Fear River. The kitchen is supplied with essentials that you can use during your stay, and there are 2 barstool seats at the peninsula if you'd like to savor a meal in. If you need to work during your visit, there is a huge desk in the living room.

The best feature of this condo is the balcony with 180 degree river vistas. It's the ideal spot to appreciate a coffee in the morning, and in the evening you can catch some exceptional sunsets as well.

Guests will have access to the entire condo and balcony. There is a locked closet for our storage, but otherwise you'll be able to use anything in the condo.

The host is available through messaging.

We provide a parking pass in a public parking garage that is a couple of blocks from the condo.

Verification & Rental Agreement
To help ensure a safe and secure experience for everybody, we use SafeGuest for identity verification and rental agreement review. After your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a link with simple instructions to complete this process prior to arrival.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. These times allow our cleaning team the opportunity to thoroughly prepare the home for each guest.
During our busy summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), we are generally unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs from Friday through Sunday due to tight turnover schedules. During the week, we are happy to check availability within 24 hours of arrival or departure. When accommodations are possible, a fee of $25 per hour applies for early arrivals or late departures.

A Note About Coastal Wildlife
One of the joys of the coast is being surrounded by nature. Our area is home to a variety of local insects, including spiders, ants, and palmetto bugs, particularly during warmer months. The home receives regularly scheduled professional pest control treatments, but occasional sightings can still occur despite our best efforts. If you encounter any concerns during your stay, please let us know and we'll gladly arrange additional treatment if needed. Seeing native insects will not be grounds for a cancellation or refund.

Television & Streaming
While this property does not offer cable service, intelligent TVs or Rokus are available for you to access your favorite streaming platforms using your personal accounts. Please remember to log out before departure, or remotely through your streaming service if needed.

Cleanliness
Our housekeeping team takes great pride in preparing the home for every guest, however everybody is human. If anything doesn't meet your expectations upon arrival, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly and help ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Respect for Our Neighborhood
This home is located in a residential community, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am each day. Parties and events are not allowed in accordance with Airbnb policies. Excessive noise or unauthorized gatherings may result in the reservation being terminated without refund.

Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment from unexpected events. Reservations and cancellations are handled according to the cancellation policy selected at booking, and we are unable to modify reservation dates within 30 days of arrival.

Elevator Information
This property includes an elevator for guest convenience. In the rare event of a power outage or mechanical service interruption, stair access may be required. Temporary elevator outages are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.

Location Information
One of the best parts of this location is its convenient access to close by eateries, stores, and attractions. As a result, you may occasionally hear sounds associated with downtown living, including pedestrians, car traffic, or aircraft overhead. Most guests find the area pleasantly active without being overly noisy.
