This 5-bedroom (3K, 1Q, 1F, 1T), 4 bath Hobbs Intelligent Home with an inverted floor plan offers private beach access, a private pool (open from Easter - October), and a new (in 2024) Jacuzzi hot tub. The screened-in porch and two sundecks provide plenty of ocean vistas, sunshine, and breezes. A second living area downstairs and flat-screen TVs in all the bedrooms mean everybody has plenty of room to relax! There is a cargo lift for guests to use to transport suitcases and groceries. This lift is not designed to carry people. Please read and follow all posted instructions.

The owner of this home provides professional cleaning, bed linens, bath linens, and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty shares the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.

Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy.

For the safety and security of the home, this homeowner uses video monitors for the exterior of the property and entry points to the home. Hobbs Realty does not allow, nor are there interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
