Escape to Grace is a completely modernized 1920s bungalow with a thoughtfully refreshed floor plan. Original bungalow character — wood floors, comfortable proportions, and period details — pairs with a coastal-traditional interior: soft, breezy color palettes, natural textures, and classic furnishings that feel polished without being fussy.

Escape to Grace is a self-check-in property, so you`ll have the bungalow entirely to yourself. I manage the property remotely and am comfortably reachable by message throughout your stay for questions, recommendations, or anything you need — I respond quickly. I like giving guests privacy and independence, while making sure help is always available if you need it.

Named for the 1930s Coca-Cola bottling plant that once anchored Princess Street, this district fell peaceful for decades before two local developers revived it starting in 2015. The 74,000-square-foot former bottling plant is now Coca-Cola Bottle Works, a maker space and warehouse home to modest local businesses. Today it’s one of Wilmington’s fastest-growing neighborhoods — coffee, breweries, stores, and Jengo’s Playhouse cinema, all walkable from the home.
