Entirely Furnished 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom ranch style home

The home is located on NE 5th street near Middleton Rd. and is just a few blocks from the beach and the new Swain Cut bridge on a peaceful street just south of the Intracoastal waterway. There is a screened porch sitting area on the south side of the home.

Find your perfect rental home:

  • Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Booking in Fall or Spring months is an excellent way to save on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation property six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.

  • Re-check the property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to propel new reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to solve it.
