  • Upon check-out, complete a walk-through to confirm you have not forget any personal items. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did you have a fantastic vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear it.
