This vacation rental welcomes up to 2 dogs per reservation year-round and for off-season monthly units.

2 CCTV's with basic cable and 1 Roku TV, DVD player, video/DVD's, CD player, and wireless internet access. Dine at the kitchen bar with seating for five as well as an additional leaf table with seating for two more. A great location featuring walking distance to dining and shopping and the beach access is only one block away! Two covered parking spaces dedicated to the unit allow simple access to the first-floor unit from the stairs. Other shared Ocean Walk community amenities include elevator access, an outdoor shower, and a grilling/picnic area (the latter conveniently around the corner from the unit at the base of the ramp to the pool area).

The Ocean Walk pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

About the Area

Located near the beach, this condo is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Find your perfect rental home:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To find the largest rental within your budget, we suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Carolina Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses.   • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
