Appreciate this new beach front condo with splendid vistas of the ocean. Just 4 short blocks from Carolina Beach Boardwalk and directly across the street from Lake Park. The enormous ocean front patio is great for appreciating the sunrise with a cup of coffee, enjoying a calming afternoon nap or an evening beverage.

The open floor plan features everything you would need at your home away from home. Entirely furnished and well supplied kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, dishes, silverware, pots/pans, toaster and coffee maker. Just outside the kitchen you have a new full size LG washer and dryer set.

We have put careful thought in making sure you have everything you need to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. This condo is also positioned just steps away from the private beach access, no long walks to and from your spot in the sand!

Condo features keyless entry and beach storage outfitted with chairs and umbrellas.

The living room features a new 55" Samsung Intelligent TV along with ocean vistas through the huge sliding glass doors. There is plenty of seating as the living room features a matching adore seat/sleeper couch set.

The king master bedroom features a new king bedroom set and has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The king bedroom also has sizable sliders with an ocean view. If you are looking for a relaxing nighttime, the bedroom also includes a 32" Roku TV.

The guest bedroom features a twin bunk bed set and a queen bed. This room also has a 32" Roku TV. The guest room is connected to the other bathroom which has a shower/tub combo.

This freshly constructed condo is located in the heart of Carolina Beach and is in walking distance to the Carolina Beach boardwalk. Carolina Beach Lake Park is just steps away from the complex and features many summer activities such as Paddle Boats, the Saturday Farmer's Market and Sunday Family Movie nighttime.
