Resting directly on the marsh, this gorgeously decorated second row home is impressive! You will savor the inverted floor plan, with the huge open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen located on the 2nd level. The living room and dining room are comfortably furnished, complete with unique additional seating, pretty floor, and modern lighting. The prepare in your family will appreciate creating gourmet meals in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with granite countertops, subway tile backsplash, and new stainless steel appliances.
